一、团队简介

本团队主要针对一些临床多见但长期无特效药治疗的心脏疾病,如心肌肥厚,扩张型心肌病,心脏衰老,肿瘤心脏病学等,进行相关疾病发病机制的研究以及特效药物的高通量筛选,最终致力于临床转化。

二、团队负责人简介

孙宁:男,教授,博士生导师,太阳集团www0638太阳集团www0638副院长。入选第四批国家级引进人才(青年),国家自然科学基金-优秀青年科学基金及上海市“优秀学术带头人计划”。在复旦工作期间获得复旦大学十佳研究生导师称号。获得第七届全国大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计论坛总决赛优秀指导教师。

2000年获复旦大学太阳集团www0638临床医学专业学士学位;2008年获美国爱荷华州立大学分子细胞发育生物学系博士学位。2008年-2013年间在斯坦福大学太阳集团www0638医学系进行博士后工作;2013年-2021年间在复旦大学基础太阳集团www0638任研究员,生理与病理生理学系副主任;2022年起任太阳集团www0638及太阳集团www0638附属医院教授。

孙宁教授长期从事多能干细胞生物学,分子心脏医学和心血管疾病机制及器官间对话的分子机制等中西医结合研究。在斯坦福大学留学期间率先建立了脂肪干细胞重编程为诱导多能干细胞的新方法(PNAS, 2009,引用: 610次)。首次建立了人类家族遗传性扩张型心肌病诱导多能干细胞的模型并进行了疾病新机制的研究(Science Translational Medicine, 2012,引用: 580次)。回国后建立了人类诱导多能干细胞分化来源的心室肌细胞的纯化新技术,制备了可用于移植的人造人类心室肌组织,拓展了生物新材料治疗人类心肌梗塞的应用研究(Biomaterials 2016;Nature Biomedical Engineering 2019; Acta Biomaterialia 2019);开拓了家族遗传性心肌病基因治疗的临床前转化研究等(Nature Communications, 2020; Protein Cell, 2020, 2021; Ebiomedicine ,2021; Acta Pharmacological Sinica, 2021; JMCC, 2018)。已发表包括Nature Biomedical Engineering, Science Translational Medicine, Nature Methods, Cell Stem Cell, Nature Communications, Biomaterials, Protein Cell等杂志在内的SCI论文60余篇,论文被引用3000余次,申请美国专利两项,中国专利三项,授权2项。现任中国病理生理学会理事,心血管专委会青年委员、中国生理学会心血管专委会委员、中国微循环协会理事、上海市病理生理学会理事、上海市生理学会理事。

三、团队成员简介

吴可嘉:男,副教授。2020年获澳门大学中华医药研究院生物医药博士学位。多年来一直从事基于虚拟筛选技术的天然产物药物发现及其机制研究。在药物高通量筛选平台建设,诊疗一体化技术开发及心血管疾病机制研究等发方面有较强的研究成果和研究实力。近5年,主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,横向课题1项,申报国家发明专利1项,已在Angewandte Chemie International Edition, TrAC Trends in Analytical Chemistry, ACS sensors, European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,其中第一(含并列)作者论文16篇。现任江苏省病理生理学会青年委员会青年委员。

邵晨雯:女,副教授。2021年获南京大学生物学博士学位。研究方向为心血管疾病的中西医防治机制;探针开发与高通量药物可视化筛选。近年来,基于氧化应激中活性标志物的诊断与调控,结合高通量成像,建立了候选药物快速筛选与样本原位即时检测平台。以第一(含并列)及通讯作者身份在美国科学院院刊PNAS、Cell Press细胞出版社期刊Cell Chemical Biology和STAR Protocols(约稿)、Advanced Science(并列)等国际权威期刊上发表10篇代表性论文。现任江苏省病理生理学会青年委员会青年委员。

叶超:男,讲师。2022年6月获得南京医科大学基础医学生理学专业博士学位。同年7月入职太阳集团www0638太阳集团www0638。博士期间一直从事心血管疾病尤其是高血压血管重构的发生机制与靶点干预等方面的研究。近5年主持完成江苏省研究生科研创新计划1项。近5年,以第一/共一作者发表SCI研究论文6篇,3篇为一区TOP期刊,单篇最高影响因子为11.6,累计影响因子大于40。曾获得博士研究生国家奖学金、扬子江药业奖学金、南京医科大学“优秀毕业生”等荣誉称号。现任江苏省病理生理学会青年委员会青年委员。

陈琦:女,讲师。2018年获得南京中医药大学中药学和英国女王大学天然药物开发的硕士双学位。2022年获得南京中医药大学中药学博士学位。多年来一直从事中药及中药复方抗心血管疾病的药效评价及相关机制研究。近5年,以第一作者发表6篇SCI论文,累计IF=26.03(2篇为二区),发表中文核心1篇,主持江苏省研究生创新项目1项。
